She said what?

We have been doing this for years. I think Karen and I have now cut over 300 inches in our hairdressing years for the benefit of others.

Yes we have an ever growing list of people who have donated their hair to Locks of Love for the purpose of helping out other children in need. The thing we find most astonishing is that most of our clients who have donated their hair have been children themselves. There is nothing more heart warming than that!

Our theory is if they can do it so can you!

 If you have donated with us in the past and would like to be featured on this page or would like to donate please, please call us today! We will be happy to cut your hair to donate it for those in need. Additionally if you would like to have your picture posted here let us know when we cut your donation and we will happily take your picture and post it in our upcoming Locks of Love Photo Gallery.

What you need to have:

10 inches minimum of hair to cut

Clean (washed) and Dry the day you come in

Put into a ponytail or braid (we can do this)

Color and Perm is OK

WE CAN NOT cut bleached or highlighted hair for locks of love

Highlighted hair (less than 50% can be cut and the bleached pieces removed)

Grey Hair can be cut (note that it will be sold off by Locks of Love to defray the cost of making wigs) 

*(we do not charge to cut the 10 inches or more of hair. There is a charge for the haircut, styling and shaping. WE NO LONGER turn in locks of love packets for you as we have had problems in the past with people receiving their thank you notes from the organization. Instead we will happily bag your hair for you and give you a form to turn in when you mail your hair in. If you have questions, Ask your stylist.
