     Vibrational essences sprays were developed and are produced by Rachel Gunthier at the Garden of One. They combine the holistic art of flower essences, aromatherapy and energy consciousness in an easy to use spray. These wonderful essences can be used as an aid to center your body, mind and spirit. They can be used in rooms, on cars, children and even pets. These essences are so versatile they can be used virtually anywhere. The best part of vibrational sprays is that you need not have any special knowledge of holistic practices. You don't even have to have a detailed knowledge of what the essences do in order to use and experience them.

       The key to these essences is in their light smell and ability to shift the feeling of the space you are in. They can also shift your mood and help to relieve stress and anxiety. The practices of essences, aromatherapy and energy conciseness have long been known to many cultures in the East. The United States however is only starting to catch on to these long known practices. These wonderful essences do not stain or leave behind strange smells. They are safe effective and nontoxic when used correctly.

Vibrational Essences

What are they?

Vibrational Essences are unscented infusions of the energies of a particular flower, crystal, color, symbol, seed, metal, fruit (or combinations of these and other organic elements) in water (and usually a preservative). They are designed to create a level of consciousness that helps us to rapidly change, alter, remove, improve our beliefs about ourselves. Each flower, crystal etc. has a pattern to it which fits like a key into our energy field or aura. This key opens us to accepting ourselves, moving through transitions, accelerating our growth and therefore helping all things around and involved with us to grow too. Because of the energetic nature of Essences they are the basic building blocks of Creation therefore they have their own intelligence. They are designed to release energy blockages (core issues) at the root level... In other works, we may feel we have an emotional block in our consciousness yet that blockage might be actually held in an unconscious mental belief we have about ourselves. We could work for a long time on the emotional aspects of an issue and not be able to resolve it because it is the symptom rather than root. Essences deal with the root.

How to use them . . .

Vibrational Essences are Earth, People, Children, Plant and Animal friendly. Used in many different ways . . . you are only limited by your imagination! They may be taken with food or drink, put in your personal products (shampoo, creams. lotions etc), used in the bathtub, used in Earth Healing and other rituals, used with children, plants, animals . . . in whatever ways come to mind that honor and support the evolution of consciousness and the growth of humankind.

How to choose them . . .

You can choose Essences many different ways . . . by reading the name and description and noting which one sounds or feels "right" . . . use kineseology (muscle testing) . . . intuition, guidance, instinct . . . check the energy of the essence for you or another by holding the essence to your heart or by passing your hand over it to sense its vibration. There truly is no "right" or "wrong" way to choose - simply pick and use the essences with which you feel most comfortable.

Hum... these Essences taste different that others I've had... why is that?

The Garden of One Essences are preserved with Atomidine, an Edgar Cayce formula of atomic iodine. This is iodine trichloride, not the iodine found in shellfish. Many Essences are preserved with alcohol which many people are allergic to, my intention was to find a preservative with an extended shelf life that was compatible with most people's (hopefully everyone's) bodily (and energetic) systems. I have not found anyone allergic to it, even those with shellfish allergies have been able to tolerate the essences with no reaction. Iodine is used in water purification and is safe to consume, the Essences will have a slightly metallic taste.

 How often do you use the mysts?

As you're guided - I usually suggest that people test themselves in the morning using a method of Applied Kineseology to see what they need that day (or moment etc) - you can use them as often as you feel you want or need to....

Do you or can you use more than one myst at a time?

Yes, absolutely - layering mysts is very effective...

If you are using more than one myst do you need to have a break between using the mysts?

No, just spray away! Pausing in between to feel the effects is a good way of being conscious with it all....

Applied Kineseology

Kineseology is away of testing the electrical system of the body to determine what maintains or increases it's ability to channel and direct energy for positive life-enhancing results.

Stand holding the bottle (or a piece of paper with the name of the item on it - multiple pieces of paper chosen at random and tested individually can get your intellect out of the process) with both hands, this creates a circuit and balances the masculine and feminine aspects of our nature. Hold the bottle at the heart or the solar plexus. Close your eyes, make sure your knees aren't locked. Now the important part.... ask a yes/no question, make it as specific as you can - "Is this good for me" is usually too general. The more specific you can be the clearer your answer. "What Myst(s) would assist me to my next level of spiritual growth?" "What would help me to release the emotional trauma of my childhood?" etc. So settle and center yourself and ask the question (to yourself) - if the answer is "yes" your whole body will move forward, if it is a "no", your body will move back. The experience can be subtle or quite dramatic - once again, this is about you getting in touch with you... ultimately only you can know what is right for your system, most people have that level of self-knowing in a dormant or sleeping state - these techniques, and the products themselves are designed to awaken, enhance, nurture and empower your own innate abilities.

What's so nice about this technique is that you can use it to help you choose anything from supplements, to food, to where you need to be for the weekend! It's unlimited in it's capacity.
